In April and May, within the framework of the transitional educational program, Civil Society Development Center (CSDC) conducted educational and cultural events for homeless children.
Children from Tbilisi and Rustavi day centers had an opportunity to participate in a shadow theater performance together with their classmates. The staged performances were: “Lazy Datiko”, “Komble” and “Flea and Ant”.
Children of Caritas and World Vision day centers planned and participated in sporting events together with their classmates. Competitions were hosted by Tbilisi and Rustavi public schools. Up to 80 vulnerable children and hundreds of their classmates were involved in cultural and sporting events.
The program is implemented by Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia and Civil Society Development Center (CSDC).
