Varamashvili has been a Social Worker for Youth Development and
Engagement Project since 2010, and since 2011 has been a group
leader at Anaklia Youth Camp. Since 2012 she has been an assistant
psychologist and social worker in two institutions: Rustavi School
of Recza and Vakhtang Gorgasali Municipality of Rustavi. Since 2013
she has completed training in Tetritskaro and Tsalka within the
framework of the Civic Integration Project for Civic Education and
Teacher Training Program. She was also a trainer in the NGO
Creative Group, an effective communications training course and an
effective employer communication training course. Specialist
(inclusive education) was at Rustavi Public School # 18. In 2014 he
was trainer / facilitator at international vision world
organization. From 2013 until now, she is a psychologist /
specialist in inclusive education at Rustavi Public School # 18.,
